Our product is incomparable with other pizzerias in Jersey. The dough is freshly made in house using our own yeast, 72 hour levitation process and stretched using special Neapolitan technique called “at slap”
All our Pizzas are prepared with the finest ingredients using state-of-the-art equipment – baked in a brick oven at 450 degrees which all contribute to a remarkable product that is light, easy to digest and full of aroma.
In addition to pizzas, we serve mouth-watering starters, pastas, salads, decadent desserts along with delicious vegan and gluten free options as well as wide range of drinks.
Since a young age I have always been passionate about making authentic Italian food with my family. In 2015 I decided to further my skill set in my home country Italy at the prestigious and reputable ‘Basilico Academy’ in Florence which is where I acquired my Master Pizzaiolo Diploma. The extensive training and many years of experience working in fast paced restaurants in Italy and the UK is what makes our pizzas a unique product. I even decided to put my Pizzas to the test at the 2016 Pizza Chef of The Year competition UK and was awarded a second place.
