SOY Seafood & Sushi Bar

The NEW concept of SOY Restaurant has been replaced by what was known for many years as The Atlantique Seafood Bar.

It is still owned and run by us: Vic and Sammy and our Daughter Joanna.

Our love for Asian food has inspired us to radically change our existing restaurant. Our new menu has an emphasis on seafood and modern Japanese fusion. We take great pride in sourcing all our fish and seafood from our local fish market whenever possible.

With the addition of our new Sushi section you can still enjoy many traditional Japanese favourites including Katsu Curry and our special Omakase sushi selection box.

You will find us in the heart of St. Helier on our beautiful square known as West’s Centre next to the famous ‘Bronze Cows.’ 

Our dedicated team will provide you with the utmost care and attention and advise you on our menu whenever needed.
